Danielle Schupp is a registered dietitian, sports nutritionist, and author of “Urban Skinny” with over 30 years of experience practicing in New York City and New Jersey. She is known for her personalized approach, creating tailored programs that meet each client’s unique nutritional needs, lifestyle, and health goals. Danielle’s energy and success have earned her the trust of numerous celebrities, athletes, and professionals, many of whom rely on her expertise to maintain their appearance, health, and performance. She has degrees from both Cornell and Columbia University.

Through her focus on medical nutrition management and weight management, she has helped thousands of clients reduce cholesterol, manage blood pressure, prevent and reverse diabetes and insulin resistance, and address gastrointestinal issues like IBS. Her commitment to making healthy food delicious led her to create *Smart & Skinny*, a line of 200-calorie snacks that are as nutritious as they are tasty.
